RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can always contact us for any return questions at support@duckdogz.com.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if item has been damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item. We want to make it right. 

Exchanges
In order to take advantage of a flash sale or promotion, we recommend that you request a return separately and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

For items to be eligible for return, they must be in new, unused condition; with tags or original packaging when applicable. Consumable items are not eligible for return if they have been partially consumed, chewed, or have otherwise been licked, tasted, or nibbled on by your furry companion! 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@duckdogz.com. Please include your order number and reason for return and what items you wish to return. 

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to DuckDogz without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method less return shipping fee. This can take up to 14 business days depending on your financial institution. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Shipping charges are non refundable.
