SHIPPING POLICY

DuckDogz is proud to offer free shipping on all orders with over $79.
Flat rate shipping of $7.50 is available on all orders under $79 within the continental USA.

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days. In some instances, your product may not ship within this window. We make every effort to get orders out in a timely fashion and keep our products in stock. As we are new to our e-commerce platform, we ask for some grace during this time. 

Subscription boxes will be billed on the 15th of every month. Subscriptions may select between monthly or every 2 months for fulfillment frequency.

Log into your account to make adjustments to your order by the 10th of every month in order to make edits, adjustments, or to skip a billing cycle. Subscriptions may be cancelled by the customer via the client portal account settings. If a subscription is cancelled after credit card processing, a store credit will be issued if the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped, you may initiate a return.

UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Please be sure to list a physical mailing address, not a PO Box. DuckDogz will not be liable for packages deemed undeliverable if a PO Box is provided.
